Sobre Vista has seven bedroomsand seven bathrooms with 6500 sqft of interior living space and 7000 sqft of exterior patio pool area. The estate includes the main house in front with two beautiful master suites, and an additional house beside the pool that consists of two separate apartments.  One has two bedrooms and one has three bedrooms.

Deposit
25% deposit required for reservations made 180 days in advance or more.
50% deposit required for reservations made 180 days in advance or less.
Balance due prior to arrival. Rental contract required. 

Rates subject to 9% Sonoma County Bed Tax.
Rates include exclusive private use of main Sobre Vista Residence.
Rates do not include laundry service, food expense, beverages, or staff tips.

If a cancellation is made 180 days in advance of arrival date, 100% of deposit will be returned. Between 180 and 90 days in advance of arrival date, 20% of the total rental fee will be forfeited. Between 90 and 30 days in advance of arrival date, 40% of the total rental fee will be forfeited. Cancellations 30 days or less in advance of arrival date, 100% of rental fee will be forfeited.
Forfeited rental fees may be applied towards future rentals.
